January is always a hard month to beat in terms of registrations, upgrades and site engagement so throughout February our comms team have ramped up their engagement with members in a number of ways.

With a double bank holiday falling in May, we had some great offers going out to members which received huge uptakes. Our mid month flash sale increased re-initials by almost 600%!

October and November always tends to be quieter months before the Christmas madness but last month we made sure that our comms campaigns continued to engage members and increase upgrades. Keep reading to find out the results of this month.

What a month February was! In just 28 days we sent promotions for the Super Bowl, the Oscars, Waitangi Day and Valentine’s Day, as well as launching a brand new feature and sending all of our regular campaigns too!

As June began, we approached the end of a hugely successful May offer. This meant that the next order of the day was to provide members with advice to help them get the best possible online dating experience.
