With Bank Holidays (and specials offers) book-ending May in the UK, our focus throughout the month was to provide our members with help and advice to give their online dating experience a kick-start.
Our newest campaigns scheduled to make a regular appearance, “Ask the Expert” and “first date Q & A”, were highly successful. Meanwhile other CRM activity piggybacked national events. We launched a diary competition, encouraging our members to share tales of their dating experiences, (the good, the bad and the ugly) in aid of Share-a-Story month, as well as inviting members of our Alternative Network to upload photos of themselves in their most gothic attire on World Goth Day.
With a few campaigns to highlight some special WhiteLabelDating.com features like bolt-ons and ice breakers, we turned our attention to our international members. Coincidentally the UK and US both enjoyed public holidays over the last weekend of the month, with Ireland following suit a week later. This gave us the perfect opportunity to keep offers open for as long as possible to ensure the maximum possible ROI. With the final effects of these online dating CRM offers still rolling in, we’ve already exceeded the uptake levels of our May Day promotion, which attracted 40% more new members to our sites in comparison to the same period last year!
Moving into June, we’re finally starting to see the beginning of summer (in Europe and America, at least) so the battle is on to keep members logging on to their dating accounts amidst all that sunshine… And with a calendar of amazing offers and a fantastic mobile platform so they can date on-the-go, there’s no excuse!
