As we shared in our last email to you on Thursday, whilst the General network in the UK continues to go from strength to strength, the international market continues to present great opportunities. It’s with much excitement that we can now share with you our latest developments in strengthening our international offering.
1 Million New American Profiles
We recently acquired over 1 million new profiles which have are now part of our existing US database. These members will benefit from full site features and functionality which are currently offered to UK members. This combined with more active members than ever before should mean a much improved customer experience for the members and increased conversion rates meaning more revenue for you!
American Customisation
In addition to the increased member count, the platform has now been tailored to make the members experience the best it can possibly be with localised terminology, currency and imagery throughout.
We recognise what an important role the initial communications can play in getting a member to engage with the brand and upgrade from basic to full membership. Therefore we employed a dedicated American writer to review all of the communications and write revised copies localised to the market, making the experience as authentic as possible.
Maximising Impact
We recognise that the UK seasons and national holidays are very different from those of the States. We have therefore created an annual calendar of promotional communications to be sent to members across the network, ensuring that emails have maximum impact, increasing open rates and revenue generated.
