RESPONSIVE EMAIL IS COMING SOON
As part of our mammoth mobile enhancement project, we’ll be rolling out responsive email designs for Private Message notifications on the WhiteLabelDating.com platform very soon! Plans to launch this function across all member communications are in the pipeline.
With more people than ever before accessing email from a mobile device, we’re expecting this fantastic feature to have a positive impact in driving members back to your sites, boosting user engagement and subsequently, lifetime value.
Not only will the new email design look slicker on mobile devices, but there will also be a change to the way that email cross-sell works: Cross-sell ads will no longer follow the format of a banner. (More details in the next section.)
This feature is forecast to roll out within the next two weeks. Now it’s over to you to do your bit.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
To capitalise on the benefits this feature has to offer and to minimise any disruption to cross-sell revenues, we recommend that you prepare the below assets now to ease your workload.
You will need:
- A 280x100px logo which will appear in the branded emails that our comms team send. When the feature is live, you will be able to upload this in step four (email headers and footers) of the site creator tool in the Partner Portal. Your current mobile logo will be used until then.
- An 80x80px thumbnail ad to replace the current cross sell email footers. You can now show two cross sell ads at any one time and and will be able to closely target male and female members.
- Please send this to your Partner Manager or the Partner Support team at your earliest convenience so they can upload this.
