Successful CRM

September’s user engagement-focused CRM programme travelled through into October for another action packed month with great results!

We started off by highlighting a number of the platform’s best features, as well as sending out Dating Coach newsletters and extensive featured member campaigns. Arriving in members’ inboxes in just the first few days of the month, these campaigns all proved highly successful!

Engagement boosting activity was again the ongoing theme; it included the promotion of our Who’s Near Me map search feature, and drew attention to the newly added mobile photo upload capability. This lead to an increase in photo uploads by almost a third, truly harnessing the power of both mobile dating and CRM.

Another bumper programme followed but this time instead of focusing on features, the emphasis was placed on individual sites. We sent out almost 100 site specific cross-sell and upsell campaigns, allowing partners to further monetise their existing portfolios to great effect.

With the second week of October came the launch of one of our famous ‘Offer of a Lifetime’ discounts which ran for a week and resulted in a very positive lift in member upgrades. A similarly fruitful campaign followed just a couple of weeks later; a ‘Free Read’ session which had the desired effect of doubling the number of peak members online. Even better, a spooky Halloween campaign went above and beyond to rival some very prestigious campaigns like our New Year and Easter promotions in terms of overall uptake.

And now the month ahead is set to be no less packed, kicking off with Guy Fawkes Night in the UK and culminating in Thanksgiving Day in the US, with plenty more in between. All the while pre-planning for Christmas activity is going on in the background. Watch this space for more news!
