Our Valentine’s Day performance

To help spread the love around the most romantic day of the year, our White Label Dating comms team created a number of Valentine’s themed comms campaigns to engage your members.

On Thursday 11th February, we ran a Free Read campaign between 8pm and 10pm giving members the opportunity to read every message in their inbox. The aim was to encourage logins and activity on the site. The offer increased peak basic members online by 73%!

Over Valentine’s Day weekend, we took it upon ourselves to play Cupid and offered members a discount on their membership to encourage them to sign up and find someone special! The offer launched on Friday 12th February and ended on Sunday 14th and increased daily upgrades by an impressive 30%!


Valentine’s Day is celebrated in a big way in the US, and as a result, new US daily subscribers on Mainstream networks increased by 14.6% compared to the same week in January, which was already a high revenue generating week! This growth is very encouraging and our teams will continue to work hard to maintain this momentum and accelerate growth after the end of online dating’s busy season.
