July comms round up

Our Member Engagement team had a super busy month in July, ramping up comms activity in a number of ways. We’ve seen some fantastic results and we can’t wait to share these with you.

Here’s a snippet of just a few of the offers your traffic received last month.

Flash sales

Last month basic members across all networks were offered 50% off any subscription package. This campaign proved popular and resulted in a whopping +185% increase in re-initials and a +74% increase in overall upgrades.


Last month members across all networks received a 40% discount off their memberships. This saw a huge +70% increase in Re-initials and a fantastic +52% increase in overall upgrades.

Free reads

On 7th and 21st June, a free-read session (allowing members to read messages for free for a limited period of time) was available to members across all networks and territories. This resulted in a tremendous +255% increase in free first messages sent as well as a +76% increase in basic members online.

“Kick Start Your Week” prompts

Every Monday throughout July members on the Mainstream network received a prompt to complete or update the Q&A section on their profile to find more matches. This increased Q&A submissions by a huge +50%.
