We’ve reported a +300% increase in the number of members who have re-upgraded a previous subscription to become paying members once again. Yes, you read that correctly – +300%! This comes as a result of a new email and on-site engagement campaign.
What have we done?
In recent weeks we optimised our re-engagement process across the White Label Dating platform by introducing a brand new email and on-site engagement campaign. The aim was to target previous paying members and encourage them to subscribe once again to our partners sites.
Why do members downgrade in the first place?
There are many reasons a user may downgrade – they may have found love and decided to leave or they may find a site that is more suited to their niche interests.
But, that doesn’t mean they’re gone for good. Our engagement team works tirelessly to ensure we’re ready to encourage members back when the time is right for them.
