If you have not received a payment, it may be that we don’t have the correct banking details for you or that you didn’t meet our minimum payout threshold of £200 (equivalent) if you’re generating currencies that are not GBP.
You can check your bank details in the Partner Portal’s Account tab.
Don’t forget, you need to select all the currencies that will be paid into this bank account. These currencies should reflect the territories you have sites in.
