Chairman and CEO
As founder and CEO, Ross Williams is the driving force behind the success of WhiteLabelDating.com and the strategic direction of the company. Having established the business with business partner Steve Pammenter in 2003, Ross has remained continuously at the helm and led the company to a decade of unparalleled growth and success.
Steve Pammenter
Co-founder and Director of Partnerships
As co-founder and Director of Partnerships, Steve has been with White Label Dating™ since the start. Alongside Ross he has been a driving force behind the business helping it to become the fastest growing online dating business by revenues in Europe. Steve is responsible for the company’s partnerships division, a core driver of the continual growth and increasing market penetration of our products.
Matthew Pitt
Operations Director
As Operations Director, Matthew is responsible for leading international growth, marketing and developing new business. Under Matthew’s leadership our International operations have grown significantly and are now in excess of 30% of our business. He joined the company from The Dating Lab, where he was Managing Director, heading up their UK and international business-to-business accounts.
Barry Frost
Technical Director
As Technical Director, Barry leads the team responsible for the development of the WhiteLabelDating.com platform, as well as the maintenance. He is directly responsible for our UK based development team and works tirelessly to ensure existing systems remain robust while also developing new features and platform improvements.
Darren Damiano
Financial Director
As Financial Director, Darren is responsible for the financial management of all White Label Dating™ business across the world and was formally UK Finance Director for Match.com. Darren also works closely with our partner organizations and the partner team to identify revenue opportunities for growth and advancement, helping to push WhiteLabelDating™ into new markets at home and internationally and to optimise revenues for our partners.
Bill Richards
General Manager
As General Manager, Bill heads up our large customer service, care and retention teams. His role is to ensure we continue to provide world class levels of support and service for our members as we expand globally. Our recently introduced retention team ensures that members you have paid to acquire stay with us for longer than on other platforms. Bill has extensive online dating experience , having worked for Allegran, a leading UK online dating business.
Harry Lloyd
Head of CRM and Merchandising
As head of our Customer Communication team, Harry is responsible for ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything that we do. Harry works closely with his team to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible and that campaign activity is aimed at the right person, at the right time. Harry joined White Label Dating from fifteen years’ experience working in direct marketing and CRM across a wide range of industries including Sky, Vodafone, RAC, and IPC Media.
Richard Gale
Commercial Development Director
As Commercial Development Director, Richard is responsible for developing new revenue streams for the company. His role is to look at our existing brands, infrastructure and user base and leverage it into new commercial opportunities. Previously Brand Director for The Sun, Richard has a strong commercial leaning he also holds a MA in Marketing Strategy.
