Update – Resolved
The system is now fully operational again and all services running normally. We are continuing to work to prevent the same issue occurring again. See the WLD Status page for continuing updates.
Because of a major fault on our disk storage system this morning, we are experiencing severely degraded performance on the entire WLD system. No data has been lost and we have full backups, but the system will continue to be impaired until the early hours of Wednesday 30 June. After diagnosis of the issue with our hosting provider, Rackspace, we have begun the process to restore full capability but estimate this could take a further 12 hours to complete.
