ARE YOU US-COMPLIANT?
If you have a US site with us, you will now know about the changes and completed the actions required by law. If you haven’t done so already, it’s vital that you have signed and returned our new US contract. All your US homepages must reference the terms and conditions, privacy policy, about us and membership links. If your site is on our casual network, you must include a link to the 2257 statement. Please contact your Partner Manager if you are unsure about any of the changes or have any questions.
RATE CARD TESTING
This tool will help you see what price band works best for your site, what generates you higher revenue and increases your life time value. For this test to work correctly your site needs to have a minimum number of new basic members per month, however we have recently run a bulk rate card test for our Bronze Partners and we are still running a bulk test for our Silver sites. Talk to your Partner Manager about the results of this to see how you can improve your ROI. If you are a Gold Partner and do not have a rate card test running on your site, speak to your Partner Manager to get one up and running to start seeing the benefits.
