The main office switchboard still remains +44(0)1753 271 280, and can be used for members based outside the UK. If you have the old customer care number displayed on your site, then this will need to be changed to the above. VALENTINE’S DAY COMMS SUCCESS
The Valentine’s Day Comms activity has been a great success so far, keeping members engaged with a variety of promotions and useful offers. We saw a fantastic 85% increase in virtual gifts purchased plus the ‘Free Read’ also resulted in a 50% rise of online member presence and activity across the network.
A 40% off promotion that was launched on Wednesday (15/2) has had a good up take so far and will end this Sunday (19/02).
STANDARD TEMPLATE – 6 WEEKS LEFT TO MOVE!
Launched over eight years ago, the Standard Template will be coming to an end on 31 March 2012. If you still have dating sites on the Standard Template, they must be moved to the Premium Template before this date. Any sites still left on the Standard Template after March will be closed down.
If you have any sites that are still on the Standard Template, please get in touch with the partner team or your partner manager. They can help you upgrade your sites to the Premium Template or can transfer members to another site in your portfolio. For more information on this change, please click here to read our blog.
