The partner team has always been a desirable place to be here at WhiteLabelDating.com and this doesn’t show any signs of changing! We’ve had 5 new additions this year plus the return of an existing Partner Manager who has been out of action for the most part of 2010, but more about this later.
Earlier in the year, we welcomed our 7th Partner Manager, Sarah, and to the new role of Business Development Executive, Chris. Sarah quickly fitted into the team, especially with the girls as another follower of fashion and a keen fan of Twilight! In the meantime Chris has helped to balance out the male to female ratio and his personality has more than made up for the lack of testosterone in the team!
More recently we have welcomed our new B2B Marketing Manager and B2B PR and Marketing Executive. They have provided many of the skills and ideas which our partners have found hugely useful as well as bringing new faces to the team. Louisa, our PR queen as been solidly working hard since this year’s famous Annual Partner Conference in October, where she was well and truly thrown in at the deep end! Since starting she has been liaising directly with partners in sharing her knowledge and skills to help with their individual PR ventures. We look forward to seeing more from Louisa and hearing all about her up and coming wedding plans 🙂
Jayne, our new B2B Marketing Manager has only been with us for a few weeks so I’ll take this opportunity to offer a huge partner team welcome and I’m pretty sure we’ll induct you fully at the Christmas Party! (Anyone who has ever been to a white label dating function will know that we like to go all out and certainly don’t do things by halves!) Jayne will be working closely with Louisa and Chris with future B2B ventures.
Most recently, we welcomed Amy to the position of Partner Account Assistant. Amy joined the team from another department within Global Personals, and from what we’ve seen the transition has been smooth and painless! Amy will be working with all members of the team to assist in day to day tasks and to spend time ensuring that Partner Managers can complete any additional work which will help boost the revenue of our partners. As a team we can already see that Amy is a key player and we can’t think how we ever managed without her!
Finally as I mentioned earlier, we have an old face returning to the team this month. Kaleigh has been our own source of inspiration this year after battling and beating cancer. A massive congratulations goes to her and we expect to see Kaleigh in fine form with a couple of celebratory beverages in December, and by couple we obviously mean many!
We’ve had our most successful year to date in 2010 and this is down to the continued dedication and commitment from all members of the team. I hope this has given you a little insight into the ongoing investment of B2B team members. Here’s to a profitable end to 2010 and an even profitable start to 2011.
I will take this opportunity to wish you all a very festive December 🙂
Hannah Mace, Partner Manager.
