OFFICE HOURS OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
Over the festive period, the Partner Team will be available via email or telephone. The Customer Care and Retention Teams will be here Monday to Friday as usual to assist all members with their queries, but won’t be here on Christmas Day.
The Moderation Team will be continuing to work 24/7 – they are even working throughout Christmas day! Our email support service will be available across all the upcoming Bank Holidays between 9am & 5pm.
