Who would have thought that we are in the middle of 2011?! We are busy as ever here at and have more great updates to share with you.


Payment Page Improvements


Our User Experience team have been busy working on improving the current payment page to increase user engagement further and help convert your basic members into full paying users.

Changes include a full redesign to the layout that accommodates new information and draws attention to subscription packages, also emphasising site safety and security.

Trialled and tested with an in-house site, the results have been very positive with a 44% rise in total upgrades and the conversion rate from new basic sign-ups increasing by 53%. These payment page improvements have now been rolled out across all networks and we will be monitoring the performance closely. If you have any further questions on this, do get in touch.


New Members Today


After the successful rollout of the ‘New Women Today’ notification on the Adult Network, we’ve now introduced ‘New Members Today’ – a daily mailer that will be sent to males and females on non-adult sites (excluding gay and niched sites).

It will feature a grid of members that have joined within the last 24 hours and will be compiled of profiles that have highlighted photos. This activity encourages members to check out new users and increases site visits / duration spent online.


Another Busy Week For Comms!


This week alone, the Comms Team will be sending out a total of 125 separate campaigns to members!

The Comms Team have already sent ‘complete / update your profile’ requests across all networks & territories. This activity should see an increase in photo uploads, completed profiles, profile views & member-to-member notifications.

We have also sent a ‘site functionality’ newsletter to all sites. This will encourage members to get the most out of their membership by utilising key site functions including inbox filtering, creating more site activity and profile completions in the process.

A Free Read is available today (16th June) across the UK network, which has a Royal Ascot ‘Ladies Day’ theme. This will be followed up on Sunday with a special 25% off the 1st month offer to drive further conversions.
