Member Query of the Week:

We have had an offer code running for our members over Christmas and New Year to give our basic members a chance to join up to the site for £4 for the first month of their subscription with us. To take advantage of this offer, members simply needed to enter the code NEWYEAR into our offer code box and click apply to drop the price down to £4. Many of our members took the opportunity to join with us thanks to this offer, and we received lots of queries asking how to ensure the offer code was used correctly, which of course we happily responded to!
