Customer Support Team Update w/c 25th Jan


Hello again from everyone in support :). We are very happy to report that Pat has done very well in her first week, she is picking up the support work quickly and we are sure that she will be a great addition to the team! We are also excited this week because we have all been given the opportunity to further our customer service skills by attending a Customer Service course run by Hamilton Mercer! We will all be taking part in the one day course over a period of two days, and we believe it will be an excellent way to brush up on our existing skills, and learn new ways to help our members and improve their experience with us. You can be sure that we will let you know how this went next week!
