Customer Support Team Update w/c 10th May

Last week was a busy one for all at Global Personals. We had our Company Presentation with the directors updating us on last months achievements, as well as giving us a sneak preview of things to come in the next few months. The presentation was followed by a champagne reception here at the Global Personals office (with strawberries and truffles – yum!) and then off to a cocktail bar for a night of fun, frolics and dancing!
We’re now all feeling refreshed and ready to help, here’s what our members have been asking us this week…

Member Query of the Week:

You may have heard that there are some changes that are occurring within our Adult Network! The new characteristics feature is fantastic news for us here at support, as members have asked us if there is a way they are able to express themselves in a way which is more in key with the type of site they have joined. For example; they will be able to specifically search for members who have the same interests which will be of great benefit as they will be able to learn more about each other and this will also make for great conversation starters! We will be sure to bring you some feedback on how our members are finding this in a couple of weeks time 🙂
