Now that the festivities are over, hopefully you have had your batteries charged and raring to go for 2011. I know that I was keen to get back to work- I will miss the lie-in’s and late nights- but you can only have so many! 🙂

As much as we all love spending time with our loved ones, it gets to a certain point once you’ve put the wrapping paper in the recycling bin, had yet another meal of leftovers and one too many mulled wines. It’s nice to get back to a bit of “normal” and whilst the rest of the family bicker about which game your going to play or what soap you all have to watch, the only form of escape I had was to turn to my trusty laptop and go online- and I wasn’t the only one. We saw some great figures over the festive period and it got me thinking about how we can help our partners maximize earning potential.

Over the past few months we have seen a number of different networks grow and launch from International, to Mature and Alternative. To make the most of these networks and expand your portfolio, I would encourage our partners to set up a range of sites that cover all the network options. Now this is where my brainwave comes into it… I know a lot of our partners want to promote brand continuity and a key element is the look of the site. If you create general, adult, mature and casual versions of a site in all of the countries we operate in, you will find all of the stylesheets soon add up- especially if you then take advantage of our new niching facility and set up localised sites too!

Currently, you or your designer have to re-enter the colour codes for each of the stylesheet fields individually for each new site you set up, even if you have already done it before. Now I’m not making any promises…BUT my idea was to see if we are able to create a library of existing stylesheets you may have previously used, so you can set up a new site and replicate your individual styles from a previous site at the click of a button!

This is currently just an idea at the moment- but I wanted to get some feedback to see if this would be a useful feature for our partners? If you think so, please let your Partner Manager know and I will see what we can do 🙂
