We just wanted to give you a quick update on the re-bill issue so you don’t have anything to worry about over the Easter weekend.
Due to some concerns with the UK banking systems and BT (www.theregister.co.uk) we have decided to run re-bill payments during the evening when there are less online retail transactions. Re-bills may therefore not appear in your stats until UK evening time.
All re-bills will be completed within 24 hours. Any failed payments will be followed up by our support team on Tuesday 6th April.
