Temporary Change in Re-Bill Processing

Following recent issues with our payment provider, Sage Pay, we regret to inform you they are currently witnessing authorisation issues and timeouts with transactions. This relates to the ongoing issue regarding last week’s BT issue at Paddington and their network failure.

Due to this, re-bills are currently suspended and will be run nightly between 10-12PM. This should avoid the additional load that Sage Pay experience during the daytime when retailers are active. Revenue will be unaffected by this glitch, however, it may mean that you experience a drop followed by a spike in your daily revenue stats.
