London, UK – 24 June, 2010 – WhiteLabelDating.com, the international leader in customer focused, flexible & scalable online dating systems, today announces that their ongoing commitment to put customers at the heart of their business has been further realised by the launch of their new newsletter tool. Customers are now receiving improved communication, getting more frequent, relevant and bespoke emails that reflect their interests and the partner’s brand they registered with.
The tool provides the company with the ability to assess open rates, click throughs, bounces, upgrades and revenue from every email. This means they can fully understand the level of customer engagement and adapt the ongoing communication programme to give customers content they are truly interested in, as well as improving revenue streams for partners. The tool also allows very specific targeting by location and demographic information, as well as cross site targeting.

After reviewing off-the-shelf options, the development team decided a bespoke solution was necessary to meet their expectations. The newsletter tool was built in-house and took three months to develop. Rigorous planning, prototyping, developing and testing stages were conducted before the first email was sent. The tool currently sends out up to 4.8 million emails per week to the database, with deliverability monitored so that more emails arrive in customers’ inboxes with every campaign.
