LIVECHAT ON THE UPGRADE PAGE
A long awaited feature rolled out across all networks and territories earlier this week: LiveChat.
LiveChat now appears on the payment upgrade page for every site. After ten seconds have elapsed from a user hitting the page, a window inviting them to ‘Chat to an advisor now’ will appear. A member of our customer support team will be at the other end, ready to guide the prospective member through the payment process and answer any queries they may have.
If the visitor declines to use the function, the ‘Chat to an advisor’ button will then follow them around the site, giving them the option to speak to a customer representive at any time. The function will be available from 9am to 11pm (UK time).
The implications of this tool are huge for both your revenues and conversion rates. Since its introduction, LiveChat has been responsible for significant revenue uplift, a trend we’re expecting to continue to rise.
THE EVOLUTION OF MOBILE

The first step in this ongoing process has been the successful implementation of the mobile photo upload functionality which launched yesterday. This feature is now available across all networks and territories.
Photo uploads are supported on the latest operating systems that support file uploads, such as iOS, Android, Symbian and Blackberry.
Impressively, since launch mobile photo upload rates increased by almost 500% against the control group. This is a really positive step set to have a real impact in enriching the WhiteLabelDating.com database and subsequently, further improving user experience and conversion levels.
