I joined White Label Dating® in September 2013 as a B2B web designer supporting the account management team. Prior to this, I worked in a two-man design studio for a company in the business and education technology sector. Having been at White Label Dating® for over eight months now, I can’t believe how time has flown by. Working here has been a great step in my career.
The learning opportunities that exist at the company are tremendous; with such a diverse and experienced team, you’re never short of an opportunity to pick up something new.
My day to day role sees me working with the White Label Dating® partner team and our network of over 1,700 B2B partners to provide quality design resource. I complete tasks as simple as creating web banners for online cross-sell programmes and as complex as building a new fully-branded dating site.
This means I get to work on a huge variety of projects every day because every partner is looking to create something different for their dating brand. The variety is great as I have the opportunity to create designs targeting a huge number of different audiences across the dating industry. During my time in the team at White Label Dating®, I have begun the process of amending our interview process, revamped our user verification emails, and generated a clear return on investment for clients, allowing them to achieve better click-through-rates and increase the number of registrations to their sites.
I am proud to be part of this company, which seems to be ever-growing. Having the chance to take on new challenges and shape the company’s future through my work, opinions, and ideas, is the reason I am really enjoying my time here. It’s also the reason why I’m excited for the journey ahead.
