On Wednesday, we promised that we’d be providing you with a roundup over the week of all of the developments that we’ve been rolling out across the platforms over the past month.

The tool allows members to send a “one off” introductory email to a group of individuals between their chosen age ranges and location, free of charge. This immediately saw a huge improvement in conversions, with the overall rate going up by 26% over the last month alone. This one off free communication allows members to make contact with other members, establishing connections which they’re then more likely to upgrade to be able to maintain.

Combined with the ability for members to filter their communication settings, this means that they’re able to hear from members that only match their criteria – yet further increasing satisfaction and helping them find suitable matches.
