WordPress – A very effective Content Management System. It is the downloadable version of the free open source blogging platform.

Mailchimp – Low cost and highly versatile Email Service Provider (ESP) that also offers a free version if you have a limited size email list. They also have a range of free email research and email templates that anyone can use.
