Christmas and New Year are typically the busiest time in the dating calendar. 2013 was no exception.
Whilst you snuggled up on the sofa munching mince pies, our customer care and moderation teams were hard at work answering the queries of new and existing members logging onto our sites. December saw our moderation team process almost one million items of data, which could have been something to do with the fantastic work that our CRM team put in – driving +83% more traffic to our sites than last Christmas!
WhiteLabelDating.com partners have been energetically prepping advertising campaigns throughout the last few months in preparation for the December uplift in traffic. Their hard work paid off. Between the 27th and the 30th December, our B2B division celebrated its best days EVER for new registrations, with a year-on-year increase of almost a quarter.
It’s been a busy season and as we knuckle down and head into the New Year, we can’t wait to see what 2014 holds for the business. Our forecasts tell us it’s going to be a great year!
