As many of you will be aware having attended the Partner Conference in October, we promised great things. As the quarter draws to a close, it gives us great pleasure to have delivered so many great improvements to the platforms and to have witnessed the positive effect that these have had on conversion rates.
Performance has improved drastically with the 7 day conversion rate over the platforms up by 22% in the last month alone and re-initials up by 139%, we wanted to recap on the developments and progress that has enabled this to happen.
Over the coming week, we’ll be summarising the great steps forwards that we’ve made together and sharing learnings that we’ve made along the way. So, let us begin…

We recognise the importance of giving members the best possible experience on your sites to increase conversion from basic to full members and once full, to extend the length of their lifetime on the site.
One of the ways that we tackled this issues was with the introduction of a recommended members facility. Rather than depending purely on the members’ set search criteria, the intelligent recommendation engine highlights members similar to those that they’ve been looking at, winking and messaging. This goes a long way in tailoring the experience for each individual on the site. In the last 4 weeks, we have seen terminations across the platforms decrease by 9.9% as a result.

EQUIPPING YOUR SUCCESS
Many of our partners are now accustomed to the Partner Portal which has become a critical tool for monitoring and improving the performance of their sites through the reporting that this offers. We would like to inform you that from this evening, the old admin system will be disabled and you’ll automatically be re-directed to thePortal. You will be able to access the Portal using your existing log in details.
