Valentine’s Day – Are you Ready?!
Next week, a series of competitions will be going out to members. By uploading a new photo, writing a new profile or sending a special Valentine’s Day Icebreaker, members can enter a variety of prize draws by updating specific elements of their profiles. This keeps the database fresh and up to date which is great for new or basic members considering to upgrade. There will also be a ‘Free Read’ day on the big V Day itself, plus a ‘Wink Weekend’ planned for 12th and 13th February.
So…Are you ready?! Why not customise your PPC campaigns to fit with the Valentine’s Day theme? We will be providing more tips next week but why not have a chat with your Partner Manager for more ideas?
Valentine’s Day Survey Feedback
Surveys have taken place across the General, Mature and Adult networks to find out our members’ views on Valentine’s Day and to gather ideas for future improvements.
We had a great response – over 6,000 members took part and provided us with some informative feedback. A selection of the results have been made into infographics – a great way to express the data back to our members, which will be going out in newsletters today and over the weekend. The team are currently reviewing the data and will be implementing changes to improve the platform throughout the year.
Partner Portal Enhancements
We’ve been listening to you! Following on from feedback at our partner conference, we’ve made some enhancements to the partner portal.
You can now view the number of initials and re-initials on the site overview in your account dashboard. You can also delete a site that you have created and no longer need, as long as the site doesn’t have any active basic or full members.
Check out your new account dashboard today and watch this space – there are lots more enhancements to come!
