TECH UPDATE: FAQ SECTION
We are pleased to announce the implementation of an FAQ section into our platform, allowing members to seek immediate assistance whilst on site. Helping to resolve common queries, this new feature will help both member retention and increase the user experience. This will also allow the Customer Care team to focus their time on more complex queries and upgrade calls, further improving the quality of service we provide.

PARTNER CHECKLIST
We’ve had lots of different updates and developments over the past month for partners, often containing vital legal requirements to make sure our partner sites work within the law. Senior Partner Manager, Lauren Barnes, has put together this handy checklist to make sure our partners are on track, including details on the new contract and T&Cs for US sites, the 2257 statement, Bronze rate card testing and much more.
