JUNE COMMS ROUND-UP
Whilst Jubilee madness swept across the nation, the Comms Team were sweeping across inboxes all over the globe! Knowing that most people would be out celebrating at street parties with friends and family, they kicked off our Jubilee campaign with a promotion of mobile sites, encouraging members to use our services on the move.
Comms Team Designer Andy did a great eye-catching design for the mailer and after seeing an immediate increase in mobile logins, it was clear the team’s hard work paid off. To read our June Comms Round-up in full, please click here.
TIPS FOR PARTNERS: GOOGLE REMARKETING
Remarketing is a tool that’s been around for a while now, but is growing in popularity for all the right reasons. Have you ever asked yourself the question: what happens to the users that have hit my landing page but haven’t joined the site?

CHANGES TO BANK CHARGES
When WhiteLabelDating.com was founded in 2003, bank charges were set at 2.5% of partner revenue share and since that time have remained unchanged as we’ve looked to ensure that as much revenue as possible has been returned to our partners to help with their marketing costs. Over the last nine years, charges levied by the banks and payment processors have increased and in addition to these general increases, charges have been also imposed for specific transactions such as the processing of non-secure payments and charge backs.
We have resisted passing these additional costs for as long as possible, but can no longer continue to absorb costs at levels higher than those being recovered from our partners. From 01 July 2012, banks charges passed on to our partners will increase to 3.5%. We firmly believe that even with this increase, the level of charges remain considerably less than those of our competitors, some of which are as high as 7% of revenue. WhiteLabelDating.com attended the dating industry’s annual mobile focused event, iDate LA. Set against the backdrop of the Hollywood hills, over 175 industry delegates from around the world gathered at the SLS Hotel to hear an eclectic mix of speakers and debates.
