February comms round up

With Valentine’s Day falling in February, it really was the month to find love for our members!

To increase member engagement and activity across all networks, our comms team put together a range of enticing campaigns and offers that were delivered to members throughout February. Here’s a round-up of what we did last month:

Leap Year campaigns

In true Leap Year fashion, we encouraged female members to make the first move and strike up a conversation by sending more Introductions messages. This incentive generated a 34% increase in ‘Introductions’ sent across the Adult Network.


Photo upload incentive

Across the Adult Network, we encouraged men to upload a photo by offering them a prize for taking part. This was a great campaign in driving members to complete their profiles, offering a better user experience for all. The incentive campaign was successful in increasing photo uploads by 16%!

Valentine’s Day offers

Over Valentine’s weekend, we sent out a variety of offers across the General Network. To increase activity, we launched a free read campaign on Thursday 11th which increased basic members online by 73%! From Friday 12th through to Sunday 14th, we also offered discounted memberships which increased daily upgrades by 30%.


February was a really busy month for the White Label Dating comms team, especially around Valentine’s Day! The offers and campaigns that we launched proved to be really effective and highly engaging. Keep your eyes peeled for our Spring and Easter campaigns over the next few months!
