Trends, emerging markets and new opportunities come thick and fast in the world of online dating. Whether it’s a new landing page design, style of advert or dating terminology, the market continuously evolves and it is crucial to keep up and stay ahead.
Partner Manager Alex Robertson recommends three handy tools to help you do that, plus we announce WhiteLabelDating.com’s ‘partner of the month’…
ALEX’S TOP TIPS
GETTING THE BEST RESULTS FROM KEYWORDS
Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with new terms, popular phrases and slang when managing your keyword campaigns. Google Trends allows you to view the most searched terms for any niche and where these terms are being searched. It also shows how often a particular search-term is entered relative to the total search-volume across various regions of the world, and in various languages.
FIND EMERGING NEW TERRITORIES
Global Market Finder is an awesome tool where you can enter a keyword and look for emerging markets, compare CPCs in various territories and find similar keywords too (along with their CPCs).
UNDERSTANDING THE MOBILE MARKET
With mobile traffic continuously on the rise and members enjoying the convenience of ‘dating on the go’, it’s important to understand how different countries have adopted mobile when creating and managing your campaigns. Our Mobile Planet is a really good tool for creating graphs to see mobile trends by country. Although not specific to dating in particular, it’s still a great way to see new patterns and emerging markets that are starting to grow via mobile.
