With a double bank holiday falling in May, this was a busy month for our Member Engagement team. Comms activity was ramped up in a number of ways across all networks and territories.

May Day and International Workers Day offer
To honour May Day in the UK and International Workers Day, we offered members a 40% discount. This offer saw a huge +124% increase in Re-initials and +61% overall upgrades.
On 9th May we sent an introduction reset to members. This gave members a second chance to introduce themselves to hundreds of singles at once! As a result, we saw a fantastic +134% increase in Introduction message submissions.
From 10th to 12th May we promoted an on-site offer to all basic members offering 25% off their subscription. This saw a notable +47% increase in Re-initials and +20% increase in overall upgrades.
Mid-month flash sale
We ran a hugely successful flash sale on 10th May which lasted 2 days and offered half price memberships! This opportunity wasn’t one to miss. This increased overall upgrades by +121% and Re-initials by a massive +399%!
End of month offer
Our end of month offer in May went out between 26th and 31st May. Offering 40% off to all basic members, this contributed to a huge +116% increase in Re-initials and +53% increase in overall upgrades.
