How to review your metrics in one report

Our Campaign Tracking tool is essential when it comes to analysing how your advertising campaigns are performing.

Campaign Tracking allows you to review various metrics including the number of new registrations and rebills to your site as well as your revenue growth. You can use it to track your campaigns within any search engine, whether you’re using Google, Bing or Yahoo. You can also establish which of your marketing strategies are the most successful or not so successful, helping you to optimise your campaigns accordingly and increase your ROI.

To review your campaigns with ease and to see all your figures in one place, your Partner Manager can put all of your data from the Partner Portal into one report. This will help you and your Partner Manager to determine which campaigns, ad groups and keywords are most profitable.

The report will cover a range of your metrics from basics and rebills to your total initials, lifetime value (LTV) and total revenue generated.

LTV is how much money a member spends on your site whilst they’re a full paying member, from the moment they sign up until the time they decide to leave. LTV is a really important metric in helping you to forecast your expected revenue. If you multiply your LTV by your total initial upgrades, you can work out your expected revenue. Your Partner Manager will be able to pull all this information together for you in a Campaign Tracking spreadsheet.

You can also split your paid traffic by device and/or gender, giving you a better understanding of which members are the most profitable. This will help you to decide where you should spend more money in Google AdWords. For example, if you can see that men are converting better in one of your campaigns and are rebilling at a better rate than females, it would be beneficial to increase your spend on this campaign.

With our simple overview spreadsheet, which puts all of this data in one place, it will be much easier to understand your data and optimise your marketing campaigns accordingly. To get access to this report, get in touch with the Partner team today.
