Exposure 2000 Ltd

3500% Growth with WhiteLabelDating.com

Dennis
WhiteLabelDating.com took this aspect of my business and transformed the entire operation. We expect 50% of the entire company’s revenue to come from our dating sites by the end of the year. I’m now in the position to launch new sites and spend money on advertising, knowing the return from my existing portfolio is guaranteed. The transfer over to them was absolutely seamless, and from a business point of view easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever
made.

Exposure 2000 Ltd.

Background

Angus Thody founded Exposure 2000 Ltd. in Suffolk in 1997, following a twenty-year career in logistics. Originally trading as MathWeb Design, Angus Thody combined his marketing and sales background with his love of IT and design to offer his customers a wide range of services. In 2000 the company became Exposure 2000 Ltd. offering web design, publication, marketing, promotion and site submission services to businesses throughout the UK. Exposure 2000 Ltd. proved to be a success from the start.

In 2004, after four successful years, Angus Thody saw an additional opportunity for growth with the tremendous growth in online dating and social networking websites. Following the successful launch of a job finding site focused on Wales, Angus launched datinginwales.com in 2004, eventually building his portfolio to 30 websites.

While the sites themselves proved to be a success, management problems quickly surfaced. It became clear the third party system he had entrusted to run his portfolio was failing him. Angus Thody found himself dealing with late payments, hidden charges and customer complaints. He needed to ensure his portfolio was being run to its full potential.

The Challenge

In October 2007 Exposure 2000 Ltd. presented WhiteLabelDating.com with a clear challenge, to show they could do better than the competition. Dissatisfied with his system provider Angus Thody gave WhiteLabelDating.com the chance to demonstrate its skills, by transferring his online dating and social networking sites over to its platform.

Exposure 2000 Ltd.’s sites had everything required for success, from the design to the technology. What Angus Thody needed was the support to allow him to concentrate on other areas of his business.

Exposure 2000 Ltd. has been running its own portfolio of 30 dating and social networking websites since 2004. Since the company transferred its sites over to WhiteLabelDating.com's platform, its sites, including the highly successful datinginlondon.com and datinginwales.com, have seen revenue from online dating increase 20 fold to £8,00 per month.

The Solution

Working closely with his WLD account manager, the problems of his previous dating supplier were easy to identify: poorly run payment systems, insufficient technical and customer support. Within a month of their first meeting all of Exposure 2000 Ltd.’s sites had moved over to WhiteLabelDating.com. As well as the high level of customer service Exposure 2000 Ltd. was looking for, WhiteLabelDating.com offered the latest dating software and instant access to a database of nearly 1 million members.

WhiteLabelDating.com was able to provide a complete solution including payment processing, customer support, hosting infrastructure. Suddenly payments arrived on time, with technical problems and customer complaints disappearing immediately. WLD’s ongoing customer relationship management (CRM), billing services and business management tools worked together, providing Exposure 2000 Ltd. with clear information on market trends, allowing for accurate measures of success and growth forecasts and for the first time. WhiteLabelDating.com showed Angus Thody the true potential of his dating and social networking portfolio, while removing all the problems he had been experiencing previously.
