Global Personals Limited, the company behind WhiteLabelDating.com, has a fantastic opportunity for talented web developers to join the team working on exciting new products for online dating and social networking websites.

You’ll be responsible for requirements gathering and working with our customer service, partner and product development teams to create awesome web applications using the latest technology.

You’ll need the following skills:

• Experience developing scalable web apps using PHP5 and MySQL
• Understanding of MVC and OO design menthodologies
• Knowledge of Javascript, AJAX and DOM scripting
• Ability to write well formed HTML and CSS markup
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Mac OS X

The following are desirables:

• Developing social networking websites
• PHP frameworks such as Zend/Symfony
• Templating languages Smarty/XSLT
• Content caching systems such as memcached
• Multi-part email message construction and delivery mechanisms
• Javascript libraries such as Prototype and Scriptaculous
• Subversion

Attitude and potential is more important than existing skillset - we like to train and mentor our developers.

Salary will be based on experience, but will likely be in the range of £25-£35k.

We pay a £1000 bonus after your three month probation if you’ve come direct to us.

You’ll also receive a company Blackberry/iPhone and MacBook Air and will sit on an Aeron chair in our brand new offices in Windsor.
