We're looking for the best.

Over the last four years we've developed WhiteLabelDating.com to be the best dating application around. You'll make it better.

We are preparing a number of major projects which require a highly experienced application architect with proven experience architecting large dynamic web applications. You'll be expected to architect blisteringly fast yet powerful database-driven applications supporting millions of members in dozens of countries around the world.

You'll spend your time doing what you do best - architecting and developing at the cutting-edge of web technology.

You'll need the following skills:

Expert PHP (and/or ColdFusion/Rails)
Expert MySQL (including replication, clustering)
Linux/Unix guru
Subversion (or Git/other SCM)
Quick, flexible, hand-coded HTML/CSS markup
JavaScript (including Ajax/DOM scripting)
User interaction for web design and site architecture

The following are desirables:

Rails
ColdFusion 7+
Memcached
jQuery, Prototype, Scriptaculous
Monitoring and deployment

Salary will be based on experience, but will likely be in the range of £50-£60k.

We pay a £1000 bonus after your three month probation if you've come direct to us.

You'll also receive a company Blackberry/iPhone and MacBook Air and will sit on an Aeron chair in our brand new offices in Windsor.
