Rebecca joined the White Label Dating team as the B2B Admin Assistant back in October. Here are her first impressions of the company so far.
I’ve been at White Label Dating for just over 3 months now and I’ve got to say it already feels like I’ve been here for years (in a good way, of course!).
I have learnt so much about the online dating industry in the short time that I’ve been here, and I can honestly say it has really opened my eyes to the possibilities that seeking love online can bring!
I work within the Partner team, supporting them in any admin tasks, whilst also dipping my feet into other areas of the company, helping wherever I’m needed. My tasks vary from day to day. Sometimes I run an audit to check that all of our partner sites are working as they should be, whilst at other times I add code to the backend of the sites to create headers and footers. I also get to flex my creative muscles from time to time too, writing copy for dating websites or drafting blogs on the best places for first dates. Every day is different; it really keeps me on my toes!
The Partner team have been so welcoming; I’ve never worked with a team that has such a healthy blend of personality and focus. During my first week in the team, we were given an afternoon off to enjoy food and some drinks as a thank you from the company for the hard work the team put in over the past year. It was the perfect opportunity to get to know people outside of office hours. The Christmas Party was a couple of weeks later, so I definitely started at the right time of the year – it’s been a lot of fun!
I’ve also got to say that the team I work with really motivate me. They’re always in such high spirits. There’s a great atmosphere every morning when I walk into the office!
Now I’m waiting to see what the next couple of months have in store for me… Bring it on!
