National Orgasm Index Revealed 

  • Finding a date costs most in the West Midlands
  • Average Brit spends at least 6 nights and £272 to get lucky
31 July 2008, London: Sex starved Brits looking to celebrate National Orgasm Day today, are advised to go to the South West, where is costs just £136 to find a date, making it the cheapest region in the country to hook up, according the the National Dating Index, published by www.MatingDirect.com.  The cost of finding a date in the West Midlands costs £308, making it the most expensive region in the country, against a national average of £273.
The Orgasm Index also reveals that if time is of the essence, then Northern Ireland is the easiest region to pull, as it takes an average of 5.72 nights out on the town in order to find someone.  London is the trickiest place to hook up, taking 7.03 nights out in order to score.
The National Orgasm Index calculates the cost of finding a date by combining factors such as the average cost of a night out on the town with the number of times it takes to go out in order to find and meet someone to go on a date with.
