iDate2012 will be held on January 23-30, 2012 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, USA. If you are attending, it would be great if you could let your partner manager know in advance as we may hold a gathering. Over the festive period, the Partner Team will be available via email or telephone. The Customer Care Team will be here Monday to Friday to assist all members with their queries.
Photo moderations will be continuing as usual – they are even working Christmas day as normal! Our email support service will be available across all the upcoming bank holidays between 9am & 5pm. The cancellation / retention team will also be available within our normal working hours.
